The English Premier League has announced a new deal to sell television rights in united kingdom From the 2025/26 football season. It is expected to be worth up to £6.7 billion.
The deal will see games broadcast live on Sky Sports and TNT Sports. As well as highlights on the BBC’s Match of the Day program, for four years, until the 2028/29 season. There will be an increase from the current 200 from the 380 currently broadcast games to 270. Although numbers have not been revealed.
